 Tor Notes

Legis Tor was once a massive towering tor however it appears to have collapsed under it's own weight scattering large amounts of clitter on its southern slope. From the Plym it towers over the valley however if you approach from Ringmoor Down it appears to be nothing more than a small mound.

You can park at Trowlesworthy car park (SX563644) or Ringmoor Cottage (SX558665)

There is a large bog in the middle of Ringmoor Down and some wet ground to the west of Legis Tor
